Board of Fellowship
If you love decorating, serving, baking, and creating fellowship opportunities for others to enjoy, the Board of Fellowship welcomes you! Call the church office to let us know you would like to use your talents to bring people together!
Lutheran Women Missionary League
The mission of LWML is to assist each woman in affirming her relationship with the Triune God so that she is enabled to use her gifts in ministry to the people of the world. LWML meets on the 3rd Thursday of each month at 5:00pm in Room 201.
Nehemiahs
The Nehemiahs are men and women of the congregation who meet together every Tuesday morning to work on projects around the campus. Enjoy great fellowship, a sense of accomplishment, and lunch, too!
Faith In Action
Join our team for hands-on events in the community, working with Habitat for Humanity, the Down Syndrome Association of Memphis, Dorothy Day House, NHC Summerville Nursing Home and other non-profits, including our own Job Comfort Dog. Help us find new local causes to support and join us in planning our 12th annual Chili Auction fundraiser for our CTK adopted Haitian School!
Altar Guild
The ladies of Altar Guild prepare the sanctuary for worship. Each week, they prepare the altar for communion and ensure the paraments are correct for the liturgical season. Other duties include laundering and pressing the robes, decorating for Thanksgiving, Easter and Christmas, changing the sanctuary banners and cleaning and polishing the communion ware.
Room In The Inn
Christ the King works with many other churches through Room In The Inn Memphis to provide a bed, warm meals and fellowship to our unsheltered neighbors.
Experience God's blessings through fellowship and service to others by joining "The Inn Crowd" every 2nd and 3rd Tuesday from November through March.
