Pastor Chuck's “The Great Divorce” class is live-streamed on Sunday mornings at 9:50 or join him in-person in our Sanctuary as he discusses this great work of literature by C.S. Lewis. Together we'll explore how divorced heaven and hell, good and evil are from one another! Come, enjoy, and grow in your faith.

More Ways To Connect

Why is worship in person important? First, and of primary importance, it’s the only way you are able to receive the Sacrament of Holy Communion wherein our Lord personally offers you His Body and Blood for the forgiveness of your sins, life and salvation. There is no greater gift or need that you have in life than this real presence sacramental medicine given and shed individually to you for the health and well-being of your soul.

When you worship in person your voice joins others in praise and thanksgiving for all God’s gifts in our prayers, songs and liturgy. We sound so much better and stronger together! Worship in person gives you the opportunity to serve, listen, speak with and help someone there who needs you that you would otherwise never meet. Fellowship is really the only way in which we can love God…and that’s by loving our neighbors. And then there is the silent witness to non-believers who drive by our parking lot and see all the cars that are parked there on Sunday mornings, piquing their interest that something really good must be going on in there!

And of course there is the opportunity to study God’s Word together either before or after Sunday morning worship. Your ideas and perspective are important and can only be shared with others if you are there to share it.

Finally, and most important of all: God commands it. Our Lord knows that going TO church is not the same as watching it online alone. His Word describes His Church as: a Flock, A Body, a Building, A Holy Nation…which demonstrates the plural nature of how we fit together to build one another up and support one another in our walk with Christ through our otherwise confusing and confounding world. When your light joins ours, worshiping in person, we’re all brighter for it!
